How often should I have my lawn mowed?

During the growing season, most lawns benefit from weekly mowing. In slower growth periods like late fall and winter, every two weeks or as needed is usually sufficient. We will assess your specific grass type and growth pattern and recommend the right frequency for your yard.

Is it safe to have trees trimmed near power lines?

Tree work near power lines should only be done by trained professionals. We are licensed and follow all safety protocols for working near utility lines. In some cases, we coordinate with your utility company for line clearance work at no additional charge to you.

What does your satisfaction guarantee cover?

All of our maintenance plans include a free re-service if you are not satisfied with any visit. If your lawn does not improve with our fertilization program within the first 60 days, we will reassess and retreat at no charge to you.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. Most lawn and landscape services do not require you to be present. We just need clear access to the yard. For tree services, we do prefer someone to be available for a quick walkthrough before we begin work.

When is the best time to aerate and overseed?

For cool-season grasses, fall is ideal, typically September through October. For warm-season grasses, late spring through early summer works best. Our team will recommend the right timing based on your grass type and the current condition of your lawn.
